Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order placement, depending on your location and courier partner.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

Yes. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable,” used products, or items returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.

Yes, exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, there is no additional cost. Otherwise, shipping charges may apply.
